Adult Day Care

Willow Creek offers Adult Day Care and Respite Care to provide relief and support for families still caring for their loved one at home. The program offers relief to family members or caregivers and allows them the freedom to go to work, handle personal business, or just relax while knowing their loved one is well cared for and safe. Whether a loved one needs some extra care during the day or evening, Willow Creek's Golden Age Club program offers a convenient way for you to manage the many demands in your life with peace of mind.

The Golden Age Club provides socialization and stimulation. The participants have an opportunity to interact socially with peers, share in stimulating activities, and receive assistance with the activities of daily living with dignity.  Our participants always receive the same caring treatment as our residents, including meals, snacks, medication management, and activities.

Trained and caring professionals care for guests' needs during our 9-hour program. With all this, your loved one can remain living in their own home and sleeping in their own bed.

Golden Age Club Services Include:

• Availability - 7 days a week
• A structured and supervised setting in a pleasant environment
• Recreational activities designed to promote independence and self-esteem
• Health monitoring by a nurse or Medication Assistants on site and around the clock (medication will be administered, if requested, as per physician's orders)
• Assistance with basic personal care
• Hot meals and nutritious snacks
• Special diets provided, as ordered by the physician
• Evaluations will be routinely performed to assess the progress of your loved one
• Showers, if needed (with additional charge)
• Overnight respite care (with additional charge)

Respite Care
Willow Creek provides adult respite senior care on a 24 hour basis, for one day or as long as 30 days or longer, allowing rest for the caregiver. We have beautifully furnished rooms set aside for this need upon request. All Golden Age Club services are included with Respite Care.

Ancillary Services
The below listed ancillary services will be provided when ordered by a physician or on a contractual basis.

• Physical Therapy
• Occupational Therapy
• Speech Therapy
• Psychiatric Services
• Podiatry Services
• Vision/Dental Services
• Beauty and Barber Shop

Our dimensional team will provide to the family or responsible party appropriate referrals. Arrangements for ancillary services will be made by our staff.

Arrangements for fees will be between the agency providing the ancillary services and the family member or will be billed by Willow Creek. Transportation can be provided to and from physician's office or home, if necessary.
