Administrative Assistant
Elizabeth Aragon’s first position with Willow Creek began in 1999, as a Caregiver and she shortly became a Medication Technician. Her outstanding dedication and commitment to providing quality care for the residents led to her promotion to Director for Memory Care, which she held for three years.
She is currently the Administrative Assistant reporting directly to the Executive Director of the Willow Creek Assisted Living and Memory Care communities.
Her many responsibilities include:
- the training and orientation of all new hires,
- payroll management,
- health care coordinator,
- direct liaison between the physicians, residents and their family members,
- day to day scheduling of all medical appointments,
- assessments.
Her aspiration is to become an Executive Director at the new Willow Creek Assisted Living in Northeast Las Vegas.
She was born and raised in Las Vegas and is the mother of two beautiful sons. She is the niece of Don Herman, Founder of the Willow Creek Communities. Elizabeth has been awarded employee of the year on numerous occasions for all her time and dedication to the residents and staff.
